Venditan Rapport is a tool that allows you to reach out and engage with users by sending SMS text messages and emails at defined events within the customer journey. 

From the email or SMS message, the customer can click through to a real-time, web-based feed containing the full history of their customer journey. This removes the familiar 'dead zones'  between placing an order or service request and the fulfillment of the process, be it order dispatch, receiving a refund, etc. 

Fully automated and totally customisable, you decide the touchpoints where the emails or SMS messages are sent – as many or as few as applicable – and you have the flexibility to tailor the content and the branding to provide an experience unique to your brand.

Venditan Rapport is available for use outside of the UK, with no restrictions in terms of sending to mobile devices.

Yes, you can. All Venditan Rapport customers are given access to an account administration portal. This provides access to your statistics (updated hourly) so you can monitor and analyse your Venditan Rapport usage.
